Product Care & Repairs

Every āPer product is covered by lifetime maintenance service.

Under non-human damage conditions:

1. Free repair service within 14 months after purchase; the customer shall bear both inbound and outbound shipping fees.

2. After 14 months, customers only need to pay for material cost and shipping fees; labour fees are free of charge permanently.

3. All products enjoy lifelong repair and maintenance support.

If you require any warranty or maintenance service, please contact our customer service team, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery & Returns Policy

1. Delivery Time
Standard items will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Customised products require additional production time and will be shipped within 10–15 working days.

2. Shipping Warehouse
All goods will be shipped randomly from our warehouses in Hong Kong, Shanghai and London. Customers cannot specify the shipping location.

3. Shipping Notification
Once your parcel is dispatched, a shipment notification will be sent to your registered email.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer 7-day free return and exchange service starting from the date you receive the goods.

For all non-defective reason returns or exchanges (7-day no reason), customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees.

Customised / personalised products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items must be re-packaged in original packaging.

Any items that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Once our Customer Service team receives your return we will aim to process it within 28 days.
